Because many items are handcrafted and made from natural materials, variations in color, grain pattern, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

Payment must be received before production begins.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including Wix Payments and related processors. Rustic Carolina Creations LLC does not store complete payment card information.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged for monetary value.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaceable.
SHIPPING

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
