Of course we are happy to ship your order. For larger furniture orders it is recommended to have the items picked up from our shop or have them delivered by RCC. Additional fees may apply.

At Rustic Carolina Creations, we are committed to delivering top-notch custom fabrications to our valued clients. In line with our dedication to quality, we do not offer returns as a standard policy.

However, if circumstances beyond Rustic Carolina Creations' control prevent us from completing your ordered products, we may consider granting a refund. Such situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision lies with Rustic Carolina Creations.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong color, misspelling custom text, misplacement, misuse, or any other non-compliance reasons.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide credible evidence that the products are unsatisfactory due to a lack of effort on our team's part.

Additionally, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes or service charges associated with refunded services.

If a refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your account.

RTS- ready to ship items will be shipped within in 2-3 business days.

Custom items can vary greatly on lead time.

Small items the estimated time is 7 business days. 

Larger orders and furniture typically has a minimum of 30 business days.
